ENTRY FORM FOR 2008  NATIONAL TRIALS  

a) Senior Trials                    (Entry fee: £110 up front for 4 trials (Payment by 1^st  April) or

                                                           £35 per trial (payment 3 weeks prior to trial date)   

     i)      Llysyfran   19^th / 20^th April                                       ii)       Trawsfynydd  10^th  /  11^st  May

     iii)    Brenig       9^th / 10^th  August                                       iv)       Llandegfedd  4^th /  5^th  October

*  Please indicate clearly chosen date     **Note: each competitor required to fish at least two Sundays

b) Youth Trials   (Entry Fee £45 for both trial days  – entrants to arrange own gillies for both days)

     Venues:        Llysyfran  Saturday 13^th Sept..              Llandegfedd  Sunday 14^th Sept.

c) Ladies Trial     (Entry Fee £60  -   entrants to arrange own gillies )

      Venue:            Llandegfedd 18^th May                          Llyn Brenig Sunday 21 st Sept.

d) Disabled Trials  (Entry Fee £45 for both trial days  – entrants to arrange own gillies for both days)

    Venues: Llyn Clywedog: Thursday 10^th  July                  Llyn Brenig: Thursday  7^th   August

e) Rivers Trial    (Entry Fee £35 )    

   Venue:                 River Taff : Saturday  20^th   September

f) World  Trial    (Entry fee : 3x £30 = £90 )

   Venues: i) Llandegfedd 25^th April     ii) River Wye 26^th April;          iii) Clywedog 27^th April;
